I think they would be neat hanging from a tall tree, swinging in the wind. You are supse to spray paint them with glow in the dark paint which would eliminate the importance of what color it comes in…really? Spray the wire with Krylon Glowz paint and they will “glow in the dark” This is great I’m going to try it for my Halloween party I love that they look like wedding gowns. Especially since a few well-placed weeds (? or are they) would equal a “Hey, doesn’t that almost look like a man made out of ivy?”, which is worth the blood, sweat, and tears almost certain to go into “the easy part”. But regardless and given that chicken wire comes in (at least in CA) silver and green, this would be kind of awesome to create Green Man style figures to haunt one’s woods year-round.

In addition, they shall keep my berries free of birds!Įvery time I come here it makes me happy. Posted in Unhallowed Ground | 7 Comments » 7 Responses Chicken wire is cheap, so it’d be easy to create a whole menagerie of ghostly figures to keep you company. They’d be splendid tucked into a dark corner of the yard on Halloween, or simply placed in a garden as a year-round decoration.

Chicken wire ghosts how to#
I ran across these ghostly dresses and this splendid ghostly figure, and whilst I assume they’re the work of the same person I can’t guarantee it.įortunately, the latter photo not only had an attribution, it actually pointed to a tutorial that describes how to make a chicken-wire ghost of your very own. Once again, Pinterest and its “no attribution for you!” tendencies are thwarting me.
